Our company is a holding subsidiary held by Ningbo Zhongce Electronic Co., Ltd., established on Apr, 2005. We are mainly engaged in high quality machining of various mechanical parts.
We own several tens of huge and middle CNC horizontal machining centers made by Japan Kuraki, with the maximum working distance 3000mm in X, 2300mm in Y, 1600mm in Z , 700mm in W, the maximum working table size 1600mm×1800mm，and the maximum working load 12 Tons. Besides we own a vertical gantry type machining center made by Weihai Huadong Automation Co. Ltd. .and two by Ningbo Haitian Precision Co. Ltd. , with the working travel 6200mm, 2800mm, and 1200mm in X, Y, and Z individually, and the maximum working load 30 Tons. We own a double column vertical turning & boring mill made by Qiqihar, with maximum turning diameter 2500mm.
We own 1 set of Brown & Sharpe 3D measuring machine, which measuring accuracy can reach 8+10L/1000um，with working range 3300mm in X , 2000mm in Y and 1500mm in Z , maintained regularly by Hexagon Metrology(Qingdao) Co., Ltd. Our measuring tools are widely made by some famous brands such as BIG, Japan Mitutoyo and so on. We have the capability to test big size mechanical parts on high quality level.
We are insisting on implementing ISO9001:2008 quality system and have more than 5 years’ experience of cooperation with overseas customers. We have provided mechanical parts for many well-known international companies such as Toshiba machine group, Sumitomo Heavy Industries Ltd, Kawaguchi machinery Co., Ltd, Elekta Industries AB, Sweden, Atlas Copco and Gamesa Wind Co., Ltd etc. Part of our products are exported to overseas directly. The quality of our products is stable and reliable absolutely.
The total investment of the company now is more than 30 million RMB. There are more than 60 employees, of which 80 percent are skilled workers. The plant was built in accordance with machinery industry standard and total area is more than 4,000 square meters. There are several 5T-20T traveling cranes in the plant. The tools are from famous brands such as Sweden Sandvik, Japan Mitsubishi, sumitomo, BIG, OSG and German Leitz etc.
Our company is located in Firs Science & Technology Incubator Park-in a subsidiary of the provincical level Ningbo Wangchun Industrial Zone, Zhejiang province. With convenient traffic, our company closes to Ningbo Lishe International Airport, and there is only 5 kilometers far from YongJin Expressway Ningbo guling entrance, 10 kilometers far from HangYong Expressway Ningbo duantang entrance, 15 kilometers far from Ningbo downtown and 50 kilometers far away from Beilun Harbor.
